Job Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Consulting or the Finance industry.
Previous exposure to Workday Implementation.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting the HCM work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
* Identifying strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
* Providing support to project staff with mentoring, coaching and managing performance (depending upon project structure)
* Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices.
* Demonstrating design options using prototyping.
* Configuring and testing the Workday system.
* Understanding and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
* Demonstrating strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.
* Supporting innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.
