We’re hiring: Technical Support/ Mac and Windows

We’re looking for an IT Coordinator to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and equipment.

Troubleshooting, supporting users, and working with both Mac and Windows environments, especially in fast-paced, creative environments.

What you’ll do:
•Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)
•Set up and configure computers (Mac and Windows)
•Support tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365
•Manage IT tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
•Support network connectivity and user accounts

✅ We’re looking for:
•Background in IT, Systems, Computer Science, or related field
•Experience supporting macOS (preferred) and Windows
•Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and basic networking
•Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, JAMF, or Intune is a plus
•Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
•English proficiency

Hybrid (2 to 3 times per week)
