Experience Required in:

This position is Server engineer than specializes in support client engineering using Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and Microsoft Autopilot to manage 3000 client desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include updating security patches and operating systems. Additionally, the role includes supporting Dell systems running Windows 11 and using extensive automation for formatting devices globally through solutions like MS Autopilot. Devices are presently Hybrid joined to the domain but are being developed to be fully cloud joined in the future. This role is also supporting a server team that includes general server support, oncall, and assists in maintenance of servers.

Skills
1. Mobile device or configuration management administration using MS Intune.
2. Administration, support, and maintenance Windows 11
3. Active Directory Administration (Group Policy)
4. Imaging windows Client systems on an enterprise level
5. Management and admistration of OEM systems updates (Dell)
6. Security patching of client systems using Intune or SCCM
7. Windows Server and Linux administration

Interpersonal Skills:
1. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
2. Communication: Clear communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
3. Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee small projects or technology roll outs.
4. Collaboration: Working effectively with telephony providers, third-party vendors, and other IT teams.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.

Requirements
Participates in Oncall Rotation
Assists in after hours and weekend activities(Monthly patching downtime)
Eastern Time Zone Hours

Experience
2 years experience managing client systems in an enterprise environment with experience at general server level.

Certifications and Education Preferred
Bachelors or Associates in Computer Science
Microsoft or Linux certifications (MCSA, MCP, etc)
Training or Certifications in areas like Intune, SCCM, Dell Hardware, or others
