Key Responsibilities
Analyze current business processes, systems, and operational models.
Gather, document, and synthesize business and technical requirements.
Design future-state business processes and technology solutions.
Develop detailed process maps and business documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with Salesforce solutions.
Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project scope and solution effectiveness.
Analyze data trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to improve outcomes.
Collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to key business and technical decisions.
Mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
