Responsibilities: As a
CRM Solution Developer
, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.
Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development is required.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps is recommended.
Develop innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design applications
Configure and customize Microsoft Power Applications Canvas Applications
Utilize Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows to automate business processes
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
